Kana looked up at Reesa, "I'll help with whats ever needed," she said quietly. She coughed a bit the and walked over to feather. "Need any help?" she asked, "Ok I could just watch the pups?"

Keli looked at the alpha. "Daddy's hurt! He can't move!", she indicated to the unconscious grey blob on the edge of camp. A closer look would hshowed his back legs covered in ash, and a long/deep gash surrounded by burnt flesh.

Amatis picked Keli up slowly, moving her just a little farther away from the flames. It was harder than it normally would be; she was mildly in shock. "He'll be fine Keli," She said quietly. "Feather? I think both Kimba and Convel need attention. Is there anything I can do to help? I could pup-sit."

Ordareesa noticed that Convel was injured but she didn't see how bad it was until then. "Amatis, do you mind is I help watch over the pups? Most of them will be in shock and just need to calm down" She asked the warrior apprentice. Reesa coughed up some smoke "We have lost Yuzuki to the fire..." she announced quietly "Let this not bring down hope we will find some where else to go"

Feather ran to convel, looking him over, "Broken leg and burns, get him out of here!" she barked at Vince over the flames, then she turned to Kana. "We need to move everybody, I will get the wounded but I need help carrying them. You help Reesa with Kimba, I will get Grinch." she spun around, looking for anybody else. "Get my pups out of here!" she snapped at the whole pack, then walked over to Grinch and grabbed his scruff, pulling him off his feet and out of the ashen clearing.

"Yes ma'am!" Kana said before racing over to Kimba. She looked him up and down, "Oh my...." she saw how bad his wounds were. "Feather once I move Kimba you need to help him!" She called over the flames, "He's injury might just be worse then Convels!" And with that she grabbed his scruff careful not to hurt him.

Amatis picked up Keli again, waiting for orders as to where to go. She saw Zaylex out of the corner of her eye, and in a flash had him too, by the scruff. She almost staggered under there combined weight, but they were just light enough for her.

Vince ran to Reesa and looked at her shoulder, a blackened paw print. He looked around, finding Kimba, burned and bleeding. He cast a glance at Kana and nodded, grabbing Kim's scruff as well and pulling. He searched Kanas face for any sign of injury, he looked her over, a little singed, but it hadn't reached her skin. He sighed in relief. "Kana, I love you, and I know you're young, but I need to talk to you as soon as we're safe! He shouted over the crackling of the fire.

Tai coughed as he was carried around, through the flames and away from the fire. "Mommy!" he hollered, screaming for his mother, he saw bright orange fur and was soothed, thinking it belonged to her and she was safe.

Kyo

Ky just barked and shook loose, running towards Ordareesa. "I'm so sorry to hear that Fell is dead. But now I can be with you!" he squealed over the sound of the fire, hipping up and putting his paws on her not-scarred shoulder.

Reesa looked at the pup and ignored what he had said, picked him up and brought him back to the other pups "Stay here Kyo, that is an order from the alpha" She said sharply but still with that kindish tone. After that Reesa ran over to Kana and helped her move Kimba "Just a bit longer" She whispered to Kimba, which was just a normal volume so it sounded like whisper with the fire in the background, falling over trees and thunder. "We best find some sort of shelter... The thunder is getting louder and the storm will bring rain soon" She said loudly 'I hope' she added to herself.

"I'll scout ahead," Amatis said through her two bundles of fur. She ran forwards, managing to keep the pups fairly steady. A few minutes later, the fire was just a smudge of smoke in the distance, she came across a den. It was sizable, big enough to fit the whole pack. She ran back, and padded up to Reesa. She put down Keli and Zaylex as gently as possible. "There's... a rock... den.... that way." She panted, gesturing. "Big enough... for all of.... us."

Convel opened his eyes with a shock. All he could feel was heat, and a mix of pain and numbness in his legs. "God. I'm dead. I'm dead. I'mdeadI'mdeadI'mdead. All of us are dead. Wait. No, the pups are safe. I got them out. Thank God. But I'm dead. Oh God." Convel said, too much in shock to take notice of his sore throat. He tried to stand, resulting in stead in falling. With the flames still licking about, Convel started hyperventilating. "No. No. Nonononono. I'm in Hell. NO. No." Convel started breathing faster, forcing himself to stand and fall again. He was a horse, back legs tied, in a firey stable. Freaking out.

FInding himself only falling and finding more pain, Convel resulted in pulling himself through the bushes, to find his pack. Instantly he spotted Feather. Forgetting the now intense pain in his leg, Convel leapt up and limp/ran to her, staring in complete agony and shock.

"No! You can't have all died too! No! Who'll look after the pups?!" he was now completely engrossed in the idea that he was, indeed, in hell. He had, indeed died, in his mind he thought he had.

Turning around, he saw Amatis put down Keli and Zaylex. He felt as if the floor had slipped away from him.

THe male ran to his pups. Looking at them in terror, he confirmed it was his pups. Then, he turned to the sky. "HOW CAN YOU?! THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING TO YOU! NONE OF THEM DID!" Convel shouted at it.

"Convel is in serious shock! He needs help now!" She said worriedly "Kana keep Kimba quiet, don't make him think, If he goes in to shock also...." Reesa couldn't say she gently but him down with Kana and Ran towards Convel. Ree was still coughing some smoke but she was not nearly as bad off as Convel and Kimba were "CONVEL! LIE DOWN NOW" of course his mind was blurred and the chances of him hearing her words strait were low. The brute was screaming and she didn't have much a choice. Reesa bulldozed him over pushing him to the ground "CONVEL! SHUT UP" She yelled, he needed to stay down and be quiet or no words would reach him "FEATHER! HERE! NOW!"

Feather was already at Convel's side when Reesa called her. The orange healer let a vicious snarl rip from her throat, much louder than the flames. "Calm down you IDIOT!" She snarled at Convel. Her voice suddenly calmed into an eerily frightening tone, quiet, but torturous, because you knew that she would do more than if she had yelled. "You're frightened, i understand, but you have no need to make us fear too." she said, claws digging into the earth and leaving deep gashes.

She turned to Reesa with a sickly sweet smile. "Ordareesa, would you be so kind as to get my pupd the hell away from these flames, please?" she had a light voice as she swore, probably scaring the others with her mood swing under the circumstances. "And my dearest Kana. Take Kimba and follow Amatis. I will take care of Convel." she smiled and turned her head slowly to the side.

Convel looked at his 'dead' mate, fear locked in his eyes. He continued to breathe fast, and was muttering the words, "I'mdeadI'mdeadI'mdeadI'mdead."

It took Grinch everything he had not to laugh at this "beta" he was so pathetic it was amusing. He had no idea how ended up with beta since all he did was be a arrogant moron. He did however gain some respect for Feather who seemed to be the only one with a brain plus she dragged him out of there but it didn't mean much. "Errr I'll go see if I can help Kimbe or is it Kimba? So I'll leave you guys to well whatever you call this." He said loud enough so they could hear him then he limped after Kana.

Amatis trotted the way back to the den, putting down the pups in what seemed like the nicest corner. "You have to wait here for Reesa and your mother, okay?" She told them quietly. She sat near the front of the den, so anyone coming would be able to see her.

Reesa walked into the den, "Amatis, can you go around and make sure everyone is alright, I'm not sure if Grinch or Feather needs help but just double check everyone who is in critical condition is being tended to, come back and tell me if something happens." Reesa looked back at the frightened pups "It's alright... calm down, mommy will come as soon as she can" She said soothingly

(The only ones I know of who are seriously hurt are Convel and Kimba... btw Kimba is supposed to die, one of the reasons for this plot was to kill of Yuzu and Kimba)

Mattie dutifully ran back to the outskirts of the old camp, where Feather, Kana, Convel and Kimba still were. "Can I help with anything?" She asked, panting slightly once again.

Convel realized something. He had scars. He felt pain. Only Kimba and him seemed hurt. Convel and Kimba were still alive.

Because Convel knew that his pups wouldn't know how to walk the stars yet, that meant the pups he saw weren't ghosts. Demons playing tricks on him. His pack was dead, alright, but they weren't back to visit him. The devil had sent his demons to tease and mock him. Convel wouldn't have it.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!!" He yelled, agony in his eyes as he struggled back into the clearing. He spotted Kimba, poor Kimba, locked in between peace and real world. Suddenly the last string snapped as Convel realized how alone he was in the world.

Kimba shouldn't have to deal with it. Convel bit down, hard, on the yearling's neck, trying to make it as painless and quick as possible. The deed was done. Kimba could rest in peace now.

Convel was completely mad now, no amount of herbs could change that. The burns and fire had taken it's toll.

He saw the outline of the fake Feather, before turning his head to bark at the sky, "Fea, I love you."

The male's breathing quickened, before he fainted again.

(You can kill him or let him run now. I don't care. It may be more sensible to kill him, as he poses a threat on the 'dead' pack. Btw, I know you guys aren't all dead, if you're stupid and haven't caught on XD)

"Kimba!" Kana yelled, but it was to late, Convel killed him. "It's better this way, less pain," she tolled her self. She felt bad for her brother, he was now technically a murderer. "He did it cause he didn't know better," she tolled her self over and over again.

Fea barked in shock as convel struggled away from her. "God damnit Convel I'm not dead!" she snapped as he passed out. She would take him into a deep dark cave. Convince him, then leave. Her decision was made and she did all she could. Fea pulled his dead-weight body away frm the pack and into the forest, found a badger den, widened the opening, pulled him in, and sat in front of the entrance, waiting for him to wake up.
