Walked in her den and went to the deepest part, turned around to see that Convel followed. "Hello" Convel was being tested, every shift, blink, hesitation, all of it, this life could change his life for ever "Lead Warrior, what a honorable tittle... you must of been so happy when you were declared that... Now... I ask you to step down from this position... not ask, order" She said in a sort of strict tone. If he got angry and stormed out... well... he just half ruined his life, if he remained calm and did what he was told... well you should always do what your told, Ree awaited his reaction.

Convel stared, wide-eyed, but recovered somewhat quicker. "May I ask why?", he said as politely as he could manage at the moment. He had done well, right? I mean, sure he was impulsive, but usually the impulses were correct- take the battle win the evil wolves for example: he had been the first to attack, and caught the evil wolves by surprise.

Reesa hid her real reaction to his reply "Are you sure you want to question my order?" She slightly growled with her tail raising a bit 'Better then I thought might happen' Ree thought

Convel quickly sat, letting the angry female be the more dominant in the den. "Very sorry, just... err... confused."

[Ordareesa]

Ree not caring about him being confused "Well come with me, this is big news, someone like you stepping down from such a position" Not like he actually agreed to that. She flicked her tail ordering him out of the den walked up to the high rock and ordering him to sit on the lowish one, the one that the apprentices are recognized as full trained wolves. Ree jumped up and looked across the camp "Yes, make yourself comfortable, the more you do the more awkward it seems when everyone gathers... PACK MEETING!" She called out and listened to it ring twice more.

Convel frowned in discomfort, and sat on the rock, avoiding the eyes of his mate, pups and apprentice.

[Grinch]

The brute didn't notice the pup sleeping in healing den he then heard the leader call a meeting he looked at the pup "Not my problem." then he limped out of the den to see what was going on.

[Ordareesa]

"As you can see we have Convel sitting before us..." this part was one hundred percent unnecessary, but she enjoyed his minimal suffering "From this day forth he will no longer be known by lead warrior but......... As my beta, your beta, congratulations!" She tilted her head and howled.

Convel was shivering with anticipation. "Th- thank you!", he managed out, now amazingly happy and flattered and relieved and- oh God he was beta! Convel grinned, kneading his paws into thesoil, eager to talk to Feather.

[Grinch]

Grinch was a bit taken back that they let this brute be beta "Why would they let the guy who attacked another member of the pack be beta?" he said loud enough so that the brute could hear him

Ree did not hear Grinch's comment, or for the matter even know of the fight "This pack meeting is over" She jumped down "Well, congrats, that is the beta den, right beside mine" she said pointing to across the clearing (See map)

[Feather]

Feather nearly yelped in shock, "Pups, stay in here." she ordered, running out and covering Convels face in licks, "I'm so proud of you! You are so perfect for this!" her tail wagged and she pretty much pushed him over, acting like a pup.

[Kimba]

Kimba's eyebrow raised, beta? Kim almost thought he was going to Warrior! Or worse! Omega, had Ree not found out about the fight? Or simply ignored it, either way it wasn't Kimba's right to step in at this point. He glanced at the new wolf, his thoughts were genuinely the same.

Convel grinned, licking and nuzzling his mate back. "The pups can be proud when there older,", he said, getting back to sitting. "Love you.", the brute said, licking her neck.

[Vince]

Vince looked up, he didn't mean to say it, but it slipped out. "Him?! Are you kidding me?" he immediately lowered his tail and ears. Thinking of running and hiding, but just decided to go with the flow. "Should I go to the medicine den before you break my legs and leave my ears alive so I can hear my pained screams? Or should I wait?" he asked loud enough for the entire pack to hear.

Convel only chuckled. "You weren't listening. I said the Pay was for hurting Kana, not for doing whatever you do with your daily life. I don't really care if you don't see me fit for the job, just as you don't care that I don't see you fit to be my sister's suitor.", Convel smirked, then went back to grinning and nuzzling his mate.

[Grinch]

Grinch looked at the brute who was also against the new beta "Don't be such a coward and stand by what you say. And anyway why are you questioning this moron becoming beta?" he said the last bit with sarcasm.

[Ordareesa]

Ordareesa looked at Vince and figured that whatever he said about Convel breaking his legs was just some kind of joke "I have a question for you Convel... Um I guess it is more of a private matter..." Ree knew Covel didn't get along, but she was still way off from how much the didn't get along. "It has to do with Vince and Kana" She whispered her beta's ear as she walked past "See me when you have time" and she went back to her den.

[Zaylex/Keli]

"Erm...?" he whispered, following the she-wolf to her den. Before he went in, the male gave Feather a hopeful glance, and headed in. "Yes, ma'am?"

[Ordareesa]

"Quick discussion... about Vincent... oh yes I have watched him hunt... he truly is excellent and Kana... I remember it was not long ago that we caught that goat... this is before you came... She has turned into a much better hunter then I might of expected with all the mentor changing..." The fae looked at him more questioningly "Which shall be the packs lead hunter?"

[Zaylex/Keli]

Vince took a breath as he thought. "Kana seems to be more experienced with her hunting, but Vince, is, well... he is older, and more or less knows more about hunting. On skill alone, my sister is quite fast, and Vince is strong and determined... I believe Vincent would be the right choice, even though they both are quite skilled, Vince seems to be the better choice.", he respondened truthfully.

[Ordareesa]

Ree nodded "Well... then tomorrow I will make Vince the lead hunter, give me some time to think about your theory, are you sure this is your final answer?"

[Zaylex/Keli]

"Yes, 'm.", he had matured greatly, and believed vince best.

Reesa smiled "One last thing... your my beta... don't call me ma'am, Ree or Reesa is fine" she flicked her tail and excused him.
