Kana watched Kimba introduce himself. "My works done here," she said to her self. She turned back to Vince. "Hey lets find that deer that I lost. I feel bad that I left it injured, killing it will make its life less painful." Kana said as she walked out of camp. She didn't know why but she felt bad for injuring the animal rather then ending it quickly. 'I just need practice' she tolled her self. She walked through the forest sniffing around hoping to find the lost deer.

Vince seethed in anger from the "spirity" brute, "I hate him." he said officially, through gritted teeth. Vincent smelled around for the deer, "this way." he led Kana along its trail, spots of its blood here and there.

"poor deer," she said noticing all the blood. "look what I'v done to it!" Suddenly up a head she saw it, the injured deer. It's twisted leg mad it hard to run (yet it can still kick!?!), and it had tow scratches that ran along parts of its back from when Kana fell off. The scratches were still open and the deer was clearly in pain. It lay down staining the grass red and just sat there as if waiting to be killed. "Nows are chance," Kana whispered in Vance's ear, "I'll go around back you take it head on. I'll be behind to make sure it doesn't run, you can charge it and kill it. Got it?" she thought it was a good plane its not like the deer was going to move.

"I can't wait for the pups... Meh.. hey, you wanna do something? Im boredddd.. Fea, tell me a story! Practice for the pups!"" He whined, much like a puppy. The brute licked her cheek, before laying in between her front legs, staring at her upside-down eyes.

Vince nodded at Kana, 'she would be a great lead hunter.' he thought. "Go!" he barked, and sprang up in front of the deer. The mammal had eyes that were wild with terror yet it didn't move. After a moment Vince walked over to the deer, "Kana, it wants to die." then he turned and looked down on the animal, its breathing was labored. "Thank you, your meat shall sustain our pack." he nodded at the deer and killed it with a stong blow to the head and bit its neck to cut the arterie.

Feather poked Convels nose with her own. "Alright then. Once, a very long time ago, there were wolves, bigger than any wolf in this pack. There was one wolf in particular, he was pure white and his name was Fliiar. Fliiar was the leader of a very large pack, and he was never challenged, for he was the feircest in all the land." the healer told the first legend of wolves to her mate, unsure weather he had heard it or not before. "Fliiars mate went by the name of Corina, and she was beautiful. Her fur was as black as night, others who didn't know her name called her the Ebony Shadow. Corina grew more and more in love with Fliiar each day, and they had pups. Kyori and Shianna. Both were faes. When they were born, there was a great rumor was born with them, 'queens had arrived in the land of wolves.' Evil wolves did not want anyone telling them what to do, so they set out for the newest pups in the land. Many were killed, all pups under the age of two years were destroyed without a second thought, all but two. These two were Kiori and Shianna, their father had died in battle trying to protect them and so Corina gave them up to a wolf far far away before her pups could be killed as well. No wolf knows what happened to Corina, but the pups are another story." she finished. "That is your story for today Convel, now go be a good wolf and do a patrol or something, Feather wants to rest." Fea said, speaking in third person.

(That was the legend of wolves PT 1 .Kinda took them from Ga'Hoole which my life revolves around at the moment.)

"Well your mind is traveling" she teased "Go talk to her, she's nice" Reesa head butted him in Nari's direction. "Love at first sight whether he knows it or not" she giggled quietly ".....Where is Fell.... did he go out hunting... I will talk to him later I guess..." The female looked at the sad pile 'No... we already have a hunting patrol right now... oh god it's hot out...' Reesa tried to cool herself of, unsuccessfully 'Oh I know...' Reesa looked at the camp and insured everything was alright before she headed out.

Kana smiled, "Great job... i guess," She grabbed one of the legs. "ell? lee et oing" said said with the deer in her mouth. And with that she began to drag it back to the summer camp.

Koda looked at his old pack, "So there are two of you now, and to be mates!" he said. He knew he was a spirit, but he wouldn't let that stop him from seeing Kana to happiness.

Vince looked at Kana, "What?" he asked, then took up another leg of the deer and started hauling it through the forest. 'I hope she isn't mad that I killed it... I thought she told me to!' he thought. "Ish fish iksh shumns washing ush." he mumbled. (Koda is there watching them in spirity form)

Kana dropped the leg and looked around, "your right," she studied the scenery but knew she would find nothing. She had a pretty good idea who was watching them. "COme on," she picked the leg up and continued to drag it. 'Koda,' she thought, 'they all miss you especially Feather,'

Koda knew what he could do, he had abilities that he had found out about when he had used them on his first pack. Love is a strong emotion, he placed his words carefully into Kanas mind, he could only do these to her and the Shamans because he loved her, it does not come along very often, take it when it is found and hold it close. He finished. The brute had made sure that Kana would not notice that it was him putting these thoughts into her mind. Takoda felt a ghostly tear streak down his face at seeing his love, but before it hit the ground in faded into mist and then nothingness, as did he, until another time.

"Whatever it was, it's gone now." he said as the sensation dispersed. Vince took up the leg again and began pulling, they were halfway back to camp when he heard a howl, (Bella's) and out of insinct, howled back, a not a little lower than the far away faes.

Kana stood missing Vince's words completely. "Yah," she agreed. Kana looked around desperately trying to see what put the thoughts in her head. Suddenly it came to her. "Koda," she whispered. She didn't know what to make out of the situation, Koda her best friend was gone and Vince well he was an interesting character. 'Love is a strong emotion,it does not come along very often, take it when it is found and hold it close' she remembered the words he spoke. "Koda," she muttered again baffled. HSe would never think that he would be able to talk to her, it must be there close connection. 'I'll hold on to it,' Kana tolled her self and Koda if he was lessening, 'when it comes but Im not ready to love just yet,'

"Who?" he asked the fae, "Koda, did you say? Who's that?" Vince asked, a hint of jealousy seeeping into his vocals. Vincent pulled the doe around a muddy patch and then back towards the camp, they were nearly there now. "Kana, you can tell me anything you know." he assured the fae.

Tipa turned, noticing the new wolf as well. His first thought was no, that wariness he'd needed to survive on his own still being very much a part of himself, but he had a pack now and anyone allowed to stay had to be safe...he figured.

"Y-yeah, we probably should" he said, though his voice betrayed a bit of his nervousness. He tried to hide it though, if the alphess herself was going to show him the ropes, it wouldn't do to be a scardy.

Convel growled at the thought of going on a boring patrol... alone. Well, later, they had apprentices. That would get rid of some boredom. Sighing, he laid down where he was, in the middle of the den area, deciding that if he was going to kill time, it would be done sleeping. He closed his eyes, as he heard the pawsteps of his mate going to the nursery to sleep.
"I want to kill everybody in the world"
"Who the hell is there?!" shouted Convel. He felt a shooting pain in his limbs, and stumbled around, trying to find the source of the noise.
"I- want- to- kill- ev'rybody in the world!"
Came the voice again. It wasn't something he could kill, it came at him, forcing him to listen. It sounded horrifying- like a dying whisper- no, not that... more like, a dying pup. A dead pup. A dead she-pup, extremely calm. With a sound of the wind funneling him in the voice, adding a bass tone to the child's song.
"I want to, eat your heart!"
It was there again. It wasn't even rhyming, yet the continual, slow, funnel of wind around them, made it sound like a nursery rhyme one would tell a child. This pup, however, wasn't interested. "Please, please stop!"
"All you can do for me, now, is-"
the childs voice echoed slightly.
"Open up your soul, let me in."
Convel shook with pain, blood dripped from his eyes as he felt a stabbing pain in his throat. His eyes rolled back in his head, the wolf could barely make out the whispers around him, as he regained counsciousness, he could make out the shape of black claws coming at him. No... it wasn't just claws... it was part of the... hand... The sharp ends surprisingly didn't scratch him up. But they did hold him, picking him up by his neck. "I want to kill, ev'rybody in the world!" the demon, a black, webbed monster that stood on two legs, whispered in his ear. Convel gently flicked it away from the silvery, scaly voice. "And you helped me gain success." it whispered, sending images into the wolf's head. Ordareesa and Fell, laying together, dead. Takoda. Yuzuki. Amatis. All the bodies flashed in his head, finally stopping on one. Small clumps of orange fur, and a bruised, beaten, bloodied* body of his mate lay, mouth gaping, eyes still wide open. A huge gash in her stomach led to the gruesome sight of three not-yet-born pups, one strewn about, one completely disected, and the other had a gash similar to his mate's but instead of pups, the intestines were mixed with the soil about him. Suddenly, the pictures evaporated, but the demon had the head of Feather. "Convel..." she murmured, in the perfect tone and pitch of his love's voice. The head disappeared, leaving the demon's head in it's place. Scaly, its mouth opened wide to show bloody fangs, it grinned. Then, dropping Convel, it lifted something from the ground. The last pup. The thing opened it's mouth wide, holding the pup above it's head. The pup looked up, it seemed to be somewhat older then the others, somewhat more... furrier. Eyes were open, brown eyes that showed sadness, deep anguish. "You did this to me..." the pup- his pup- whispered, before the demon dropped the pup into its mouth, chewing with its mouth open, until the demon spit out the tarnished skeleton of his pup, it left the eyes and small pieces of flesh on the skeleton. Convel screamed in fear, in sadness, grief, and a deep tragedy.

Suddenly, he awoke, panting, tears in his eyes, sweating. "FEATHER!" he yelled loudly, before ripping into the nursery, to find his mate looking at him. "You're still here!" he yelped with relief, still slightly teary eyed from the horrible nightmare, and wrapped his paws around her best he could, snuggling his snout into her fur, giving her small licks on her back now and then.

[Wow, that was REALLY fun to write! I hope it creeps some of you out! That is a scene of one of my upcoming stories, I am yet to name it. Anyway, while he was dreaming, he WAS shaking, and he yelped a couple of times in his sleep.]

After they finished dragging the deer and stopped and turned to Vince. She looked into his eyes than at her paws, "Koda was my best friend,he," she swallowed hard, "he died," her voice was almost a whisper. "Im sorry," she said holding back tears. She raced out of camp and to wolf mountain hoping for peace a quite to regain her self.

Vince stared, slightly taken aback, after the fleeing wolf. "Kana I..." his voice trailed off, "I didn't mean to upset you." he finished. Vincent looked at Convel, "Explain. Who was Koda?" he asked sternly, not quite threateningly, but so that Convel knew he wouldn't leave until he was told what he wanted to know.

"Wait, your sister loves him? But he's dead. And Feather, you think you should be dead instead of him?" he asked in surprise. "That's not right, everything happens for a reason." he looked at Convel, inquiring whether or not to tell him. He decided he would, "I'm going to ask your sister out on a date, just so you know, Convel." he said flatly.

Feather was still slightly shocked from her mates earlier display but managed to shake it off, she would talk to him about it later. "Vincent, I was Takodas mentor and former packmate from our first pack that he and I shared. I do believe that it was partially my fault that he ate the berries and I wish I had been in his place and eaten the berries instead." Fea said calmly. "I do believe that everything happens for a reason as well, but the reasoning for this I do not know or understand yet."

"Cool it, I'm not gonna hurt her, just make her feel special for a night." he grinned mischeviously, this wolf would be fun to annoy... to an extent. "Fea, don't be so hard on yourself, your a perfectly good fae, also quite stunning." he grinned at the healer.
