Convel felt like he had been playing tag and just became 'it'. He felt like he made a wrong move in a way. But still, he walked on. "Hogs are a bit aggressive, which makes them more of an animal you need to work together with,", he recited, remembering the words that his mentor had said. Soon they came to a stop. The path had ended. "Hold on a sec,", he said, and looked around. The grey saw a couple of hoof marks. The trail. Hogs had a hog run, so that other animals couldn't find them. Once Convel had torn away a bit of the underbrush, the wide path was clear.

(In the Everglades here, hogs do that, although the paths are thin. Deer have deer runs, so that they can get away from panthers easier.)

[Fell]

(do you mean mountain lions, not panthers?)

(No, I have lived here my whole life, trust me. Florida Panther lives in Florida, just so happens. Sorry if I come off as mean, just trust me.)

[Feather]

(catch me a panther and mail it to me in a box, I want another pet! JKJK)

Feather listened closely, "Good, me and You will go on one side, and Kana will go on the other, she can chase it towards us and we will kill it?" she asked him about her plan.

[Zaylex/Keli]

"Yep. Sounds pretty good.", he looked at the golden wolf that was following, and then back at Feather. "Ladies first?", he said, nodding to the entrance.

[Feather]

"Thank you," Feather replied, slipping through the gap, and then turning to wait for her pack mates, she scented the air, it smelled like dust and dung, the fae wrinkled her nose looking around she spotted a patch of trampled gorse, it was fresh. "Convel, I think we're close." she whispered. Seeing the male next to her was comforting, but she still wanted a moment alone with him.

[Kana]

kana had stayed behind them the entire time. She felt like an extra wheel that everyone was trying to push off. Sighing she nodded agreeing to feather plan. Kana was beginning to get a little sad her brother didn't seem to care that much, tho he never cared all that much. She was raised mostly by the pack. pushing the thought out of her mind kana walked off into the bush following the movement she began to crouch low to the ground.

[Zaylex/Keli]

"Yea, I think we are in fact, this might be a bit easier then I thought in means of finding it.", he said, as he heard a soft thudding noise, unlike the rumble of a group of hogs, this was solitary. He could remember the wiry, brown hair of his first and last hog, how he had clawed it when it charged. Hogs were territorial, but they were doves when you had some help.

[Feather]

Feather went off to the other side of the trampled land, as discussed and crouched low, she could hear the squeals and yips of the wild hogs, Kana would chase them over and Feather and Convel would kill one of them. "Convel, you do know who the other wolf I want is, right?." she asked the brute.

[Kana]

kana shivered. She hated hogs, they were terrifying creatures. Kana never tried hunting one, she was separated from her pack to early. But that didn't change her mind. She promised her self shed never try hunting a hog. But it was to late to keep up with that promises. Kana crouched in the bush waiting. Soon she ran out of the bush her heart pounding. She cased the hogs toward Feather and Convle. hoping they could handle the giant things.

Convel easily picked out one with light brown hair, and pushed it against the undergrowth wall, just longtime enough so that the others would run by. "I don't know if now is the best time for a guessing game... the brown rainbow bloke?", Convel asked through mouthfuls of hair, referring to Daiya. He clamped down on the thigh of the hog, attempting to hold it down enough for Fea to make a death bit to the bulky neck of the hog before it could kick someone.

[Kana]

Kana walked over to Convle and Feather with the dead hog (or soon to be dead). She stayed a bit away to doge the kicking legs. She looked from Convle to Feather then walked away. She kept walking thought the forest. Kana could tell when she wasn't wanted and that hunt was one of them. She kept walking and came to the hill were Wynd last was before... Kana didn't want to think any more. She lie down letting tears flow from her eyes for about the (fifth would you say?) time that day. This by far was the worst day of kanas life. Wynd was dead, and she wasn't wanted by her brother. "What could go wrong now?" kana asked her self.

[Fell]

(oh, no, not at all, i was just curious!)

[Feather]

Not wanting to cause the creature pain, she clamped her jaws shut on the spine and windpipe and held her grip until it stopped struggling, "My first hog." she said with pride, and turned to Convel, "Not the 'rainbow bloke'," she said, circling the brute, "I would say he's more of a grey, he's strong, and a great hunter, and he has lots of scars." she described Convel perfectly, stopping directly infront of him and sitting.

[Takoda]

Takoda finished the job and went for a run to stretch his legs, the brute ran for quite some time before coming across a pretty fae, "Hello, you're Kana right?" he asked her calmly.

[Kana]

kana looked up at koda. She nodded and said, "Yes you must be koda right?"

[Zaylex/Keli]

Convel's grin widened and he said, "If you tell me who you 'like', I figure I should do the same. She's beautiful; orange and white, determined, and happens to be sitting right in front of me,",

[Yuzuki]

the anoying pup jumped between kana and takoda." hi kaaanaa." he sounded as though he had a school boy crush" beat it romeo i am trying to talk to the lady here"it seemed as though he did have a bit of a crush on kana." are you deff! i said beat it romeo." he seemed really think he had a chance.

[Kana]

kana laughed her smile returning once today. The dark under her eyes gave away she was crieing but she didn't care. She looked down on the cute pup, he did seem to think he had a chance with her and that made her laugh. "hey yuzuki," she said looking down at the pup, "koda can stay her ok," she said looking up at Koda smiling.

[Feather]

"Oh is that so," Feather said, holding back a leap of joy, "well, lets get this back to the camp and think about what we've learned today," she joked, grabbing a leg and beginning to drag the fat pig towards the camp, "Oh my god these things are heavy, maybe we could wait here a while." she breathed, curling her tail over her front paws once more.

[Yuzuki]

he gave koda a long glare" well if he gioves you any trouble just let me take care of it, i will have him gone in a second if yyyooouuuu need it." he continued to glare at koda.

[Kana]

kana giggled and said, "don't worry i'll leave it to you but right now he's fine," she smiled again. It felt great smiling after feeling so sad. "So what do you two want to do?" kana asked wanting do do a fun activity with some of her pack members.

[Yuzuki]

the enthusiastic pup barked before koda could speak" we should go for a hunt and catch us some deers or bunnies rabbits." he was so cheerful

[Takoda]

"Mhm, I understand Zuzu," he said, purposely using the pups cutest name, "No trouble." Takoda went and laid beside Kana, he noticed the dark splotches under her eyes and decided to ask her what was wrong, but not with Yuzuki there, "Zuki, did you hear that? It sounds like something that could be bad, its coming from that bush!" he pointed his muzzle at a far away gorse bush and went back to talking to Kana, "What's wrong?" he said, gently touching his nose to her teardrops and licking them away.

"You cold?" Convel asked, coming to sit next to her. He nuzzled her cheek, allowing the grin to fade onto his muzzle.
