Vince looked at Kana, Convel had started a fire? He wouldn't ask any questions. "I am glad we both found the same pack in the end." he said softly, nuzzling into her fur. Nothing, no-one would or could keep him from Kana, Convel could kill Vince, but the determined brute would still be with her. "I love you." he said, making sure she heard him this time.

Feather left her pups asleep and rushed Amatis to the medicine den. "Now, Mattie, what happened? Tell me everything." she ordered softly, the apprentice was bleeding a lot. Fea rushed to her stores and began wrapping her wound in cobwebs and marigold. "It will sting, but just bear with me." she said as she laid the young wolf down and looked at the circles she had gotten Yuzuki to make, now thankful for his work. "See Yuzu? I told you I had a big job for you that first day, and now Mattie's moss will stay comfy and neat." she said, nodding to the rocks that encircled the bedding.

"We were training, and went to the river, and there was a coyote. The coyote got dead by Mattie! Oh, right, the river! It's just about gone. All of it. No more water- it's bloody worryin' me." Convel said, flicking his ears forward, trying to ignore Vince.

Fea gasped, "you let her fight a coyote?" she looked at Mattie then Convel, "you're not allowed to train any of our pups." she concluded. "And as for the river, tell Reesa and Fell. Now out! both of you! I have a patient. Yuzu, if you want to help Amatis look after my pups, Convel might be able to help, but tell him to fight off any coyotes that come around." she looked sternly at her mate and then went back to working with Amatis.

"Eh, she beat it up! And I'm proud of her for it! Now- aye-aye, capt'n! Off to Reesa and slash or Mr. Annoying!" Convel said, grinning, before licking his mate's cheeck, looking at his pups for a moment. He walked to them. "See ya later, kiddos... I'll be sure to be the first to visit." he whispered, promising to himself to beat Vince up if he ever hurt one of his family. Then, he walked to Fell. "Hey, Felly boy!" Convel said with a smirk on his face. "The river dried up, and unless you want us to be eating rotting fish all weekend, we have to find food."

Feather looked at her mate leave and called after him, "you just visited them! Stupid!" she was angry at Convel for letting Amatis get so injured and at such a young age, she may be mothering his pups, but he would have to start fathering them now too, if he wanted to be part of their life, which was, as far as Feather was concerned, her right to choose.

"Don't threaten me with puppies! I love em like my own- oh, wait, they are!", Convel gave out a giggle, much unlike gis normal laugh. His voice sounded floaty...

"Yuzu, watch Amatis. Tell me if anything happens." Feather said, looking at Convel. She stalked over to him and paused, took a deep breath, and smacked him across the face, leaving a small cut on his cheek. "What is wrong with you?!" she yelled. Her pups were asleep inside the nursery, but her and Convel were outside. "Did you eat something?" she snarled, her voice suddenly hushed, "are you high?" she looked at him quizzically.

"Whu- whuuut? Me? Drugssss? ...I just had one of the fishies! ", Convel said, his voice ridiculously slurred now as the effects of eating rotten meat took its toll.

Feather didn't understand, "you what?" she asked, before understanding. She raced to the herbs and grabbed some yew. Shoving the leaves in his mouth she barked, "EAT IT, EAT IT, EAT IT!" as the female pulled him over to the outside of camp so that he would vomit where she wouldn't have to clean it up.

Convel choked a bit on the herbs, but coughed up his meal. His throat felt raw and scratchy, and burned from stomach acid. However, the poisoning to hid brain would take an hour ir two to heal, and Convel continued t slur words, quieter as of the ache in his throat.

Mattie twitched her ear. It was somewhere between stinging and itching now, but at least it wasn't the raw ache that had been there before. Curling up in the nest there, she fell asleep.

"Same hear," She said leaning her head on his side. Much like she did with koda.

Tears threatened to spill over her lids. "I love you more," she said closing her eyes, her breathing synchronizing with Vince's. She yawned and fell a sleep against him.

I think Convel said something about a fight with a coyote... irresponsible, if you ask me." Fell sighed. "And apparently, the river dried up. Kana and Vince brought back a goat," He glanced proudly at the pair of them, "But we're going to need to find somewhere else to get water." He licked her cheek, smiling. "Still keen on pups?" He asked in an undertone.

Feather looked at Convel, slightly ashamed of how she had abused him. "I'm sorry dear, would you like something for your throat? Just nod if you do, you haven't the need to speak." she said softly, licking his ears.

Vince looked lovingly at Kana, gently grooming her fur and ears as she slept. He looked at the dizzied Convel and suppressed a laugh at Feathers feeble attempts to act loving. It was like he frightened her when he was sick. He rested his head on Kana's shoulder and let a soft smile form on his muzzle as he too, fell asleep on the hot summers day. "Impossible." he said, she could not love him more than he did. "Just, impossible." he whispered to his sleeping fae.

Ree sighed, she didn't really expect him to do much more but it was... disappointing "Maybe if I talk to him.. tell him about his possible future... no he will get to full of him self" Ree quieted down and waited for what else Fell had to say.

The white fae was happy for the two, they were cute together, she just wished Convel would give Kana's love life another chance.

"Still keen on pups?"

She couldn't help but smile "Yes" Ree replied sheepishly before giving him a quick lick on the side of his muzzle.

Feeling slightly embarrassed at his laugh it took her a bit to answer the question "I like the name Willow... or for a boy Willson or Jasper" the few names that she came up with were all made in the more recent years unlike her own and Zaylex "... have you thought of any?"

"I like Willow and Jasper." Fell sighed. "But as for my own... Jasmine? Dyami..." He used the old word for eagle. "Kara... Wing... Naomi." He listed out the names as they came to him.

Kana yawned sleepily and opend her eyes. 'How long was I out?' she wondered. She sat up carful to not disturb Vince. "hey Vince you up?" she asked quietly so if he was a sleep she wouldn't wake him up.

Without opening his eyes, Vince rose and licked Kana on the muzzle. "Hi," he said happily, a stupid grin plastered on his muzzle. "How long were we asleep?" he looked around and saw Feather soothing Convel and laughed a little at the females attempts. "Remind me how you're related to him? Who eats rotten fish?" he asked Kana, emphasis on the "rotten fish" part.

Convel flicked his ears back, his now-returning brain reminded him of who he was. Vince just made a big mistake saying that. Convel had threatened to beat him up, if the idiot didn't listen, that was his problem. "Vince, c'mon, we should go patrolling. Since Kana is probably tired from running, Fell is with Reesa, and Feather has my pups, it'll just be us. 'Kay?", the brute said, putting in fake cheeriness.

Vince looked at Kana with a confused glint in his eye. "OK?" he looked at Convel, a patrol and a cheery voice from this male was the last thing he had ever expected. He licked Kana's cheek quickly before rising, "Love you, see you later." he said over his shoulder, taking a bite from the goat from last night and walking to the exit. "If you want to eat some goat I can wait, you might get hungry later because Feather kind of made you... you know." he said, looking around to find something to change the subject with.
