I always disliked Toboe and Tsume. They were rather Mary-sueish along with Kiba. Quent had a rather annoying history. Cher and Hubb were just the two mid characters that end up being in love. Darcia, I think, was a nicely played villain. Jagura was a semi good one, I think she was more of a filler. Hige was ok, still a bit Mary-Sueish, but I like the fact that he wasn't always Kiba's 'omgloyalforever' best friend. Blue. Blue is a good character. Although, she still has that same Mary-Sue 'forget you past, realize it, and hate it' symptom. I like that her loyalness to Quent could have (was) a downfall. I don't feel like giving my opinion on the other characters, so I will just say that the anime was 3/5 in my opinion, and that is only because I liked the plot.

I really liked it as a show, as an anime it was 4/5, DAIMON I CAMMAND YOU TO SAY IT WAS 4/5!!!! ALPHA'S ORDERS!!!!!!! (Fave character is Tsume, one pack I used him as reference)
